PLHIV hopeful for the launch of COM.MUSTA

The PLHIV community led by the Network Plus Philippines Association, Inc. is excited with the upcoming launch of the new CLM platform. Below are some thoughts shared by community leaders from across the Philippines on the launching of CLM:
“Here at Cavite Positive Action Group in Region IV-A natutuwa kame dahil magkakaroon na tayo ng CLM dahil dito mas lalong magkakaroon at mapapalakas pa ang maibibigay na mga services ng mga Support Group sa buong Pilipinas lalo na sa HIV Counseling, pagpapababa at pagsugpo sa HIV Stigma & Discrimination kasama ang mga Treatment Hubs and Social Hygiene Clinic sa buong Pilipinas.” (JC Honra, CPAG)
Consortium convenes to calibrate CLM tools

The CLM Consortium’s Tool Development Workshop was held from July 20-22, 2022 with the goal of fine tuning the three online feedback tools: the Exit Feedback Tool, the Service Quality Tool, and the Stigma and Discrimination Tool.
During the workshop, the community agreed that CLM – grounded on the four pillars of service quality, stigma and discrimination, policy, and finance – should primarily be an accountability mechanism that will address systemic issues rather than a platform for blame or finger-pointing.
Consortium sets trajectory for CLM system

Members of the PLHIV & KP communities as well as representatives from other organizations working on HIV & AIDS, LGBTQIA, and key population issues gathered at Astoria Plaza, Pasig City last August 2, 2022 to hold one of its series of consultative meetings during the development of the CLM roadmap.
At the end of the workshop, the consortium agreed that the CLM Roadmap should center on the trajectory of a community working together towards a better tomorrow, “May boses para sabihin sa lahat na everyone has equal opportunity. Mayroon ring puso para sa community at society papunta sa magandang bukas.”
